What fun to find such a treasure hunt in your area! That big red table looks interesting, and I've been meaning to turn a couple of old red, wheel-weary wagons into tray tables for the nursery (shop garden)! I found some really great stuff at an estate sale this weekend and hope to post on it some time this week.

Those linens look comfy!

I am green with envy over your new bedding!! Wow!! It's perfect! Sounds like a great day - love the pictures! That antique show in Texas is supposed to be HUGE and amazing - I'm definitely up for a girls trip there! No shopping for me this weekend - the Alameda Antiques Market is the weekend of the 4th, so I'm saving up...

what an amazing weekend with the family.

Such an amazing husband - going to the show - JUST FOR YOU! You're doing something VERY right, my friend!

My mom went to the Texas show in the spring - and she said it was simply AMAZING. She's thinking of going back in the fall. Can't wait to hear if you go - wouldn't it be so fun!

xoxo

That looks like so much fun, I would have been in heaven too! And I am so jealous you are getting all new bedding, so jealous and when you said linen i almost fell off my chair...GASP. Thanks for indulging me and you know I am up for another girls trip...!

Jemm

That looks like a really fun show. I've NEVER been to an antique show like that before. I'll have to keep my eye out for them. I'm afraid I'd have to travel pretty far to get to one.

Nancy

Me again....can you please tell me where to find Carolyn Westbrooks linens? I can't get it out of my mind ever since I saw your post this morning!

Thanks,
Nancy

amy

great shot of madolyn! what a great show find, jeanne! a great local discovery!

Heidi

I went on Saturday morning--the weather was nice and cool, but I was worried it was going to rain any minute! This was my first year too and I'll definitely be going back next year! I thought there were a lot of things at every price point, so it was nice that it wasn't all crazy expensive. SO much eye candy! I loved it!

koralee

What a wonderful husband you have!!! You are just like me...i need my husbands blessing or i feel guilty...the show looked amazing..lots of great stuff...i love the chair(i think that is what it is) with the beautiful flowers on it in yellowy creams and blacks...simply lovely!!!

mkg

Beautiful photos! Your bedding will be perfect! Tell Maddy her new hair cut is terrific - so great for the summer.

tracey

How cool for you - that show looks like a lot of fun. And, I loooovvvveee that bedding! I have been a fan of Carolyn's since I bought one of her decorating books a few years back at TJ Maxx for like $3 :) Your husband sounds like such a great guy! Mine's pretty great too, but he would have choked on the $1300 price tag (he still can't understand why "old stuff" costs so much).

Right up my alley, I could spend hours & hours just looking. I love the bedding! And the picture of Madeline is beautiful!

Laurel

I'm pretty sure my husband wouldn't spend his day off shopping - but that's just him. Lucky you!
